Although the use functions of electric kettles are basically the same, from the internal circuit structure design, they can be divided into several categories such as whistle-type electric kettles, anti-dry-burning whistling electric kettles, and plastic electric kettles.
(1) Whistle-type electric kettle.
It is made of stretched aluminum plate, and the electric heating element adopts submerged nickel-plated steel sealed electric heating tube. The electric heating pipe is installed at the bottom of the kettle, and the joint part with the kettle body is cushioned with a heat-resistant sealing ring to prevent water leakage. The lid of this type of electric kettle is provided with a strip-shaped vibrating reed self-horn (airflow vibration whistle device), and the airflow whistle will sound when the water temperature reaches above 100°C. Since this type of kettle is generally not provided with a temperature limit controller, the power must be manually cut off manually. This type of electric kettle is simple in structure and low in price, and is widely used in households.
(2) Anti-dry-burning whistle-type electric kettle.
On the basis of the design principle of the whistle-type electric kettle, an automatic temperature-limiting controller (mainly a bimetal thermostatic controller or a magnetron thermostatic automatic switch) is added. The sheet is deformed, and the micro switch is driven to cut off the power supply, which greatly improves the safety performance of the electric kettle. The temperature limit controller in some high-quality electric kettles uses a new type of heat-sensitive material similar to memory alloy (automatic thermostatic control switch), when the water surface in the kettle is lower than the electric heating tube (the temperature of the electric heating tube exceeds 100 ℃), it will automatically The thermostatic control switch will automatically cut off the power supply to protect the electric kettle from being burned.
(3) Plastic electric kettle.
The biggest feature of the plastic electric kettle is that it is easy to carry, safe and reliable. The power signal indicator light set on the pot body can easily observe the power-on state. The upper and lower split structure can rotate 360°. The melting point of the food-grade sanitary plastic material used in the pot body is above 200°C. This new type of electric kettle adopts a hidden stainless steel electric heating plate and is equipped with a steam induction control switch.
