Test method for induction cooker
Jul 05, 2022
1. Appearance inspection - high-quality products generally have a neat and tidy appearance, clear patterns and bright colors, and the furnace panel is a high-quality black crystal board (level A).
2. Listen to the sound - turn on the power and turn it on. Except for the sound of the circular design cooling fan (it is normal for the induction cooker to make regular sounds during operation), other noises and current sounds should not be heard.
3. Test the keys - test whether all the keys (touch keys) function can operate normally one by one, and eliminate the products with malfunctioning switches.
4. Test safety - ① No pot protection: remove the pot under working condition and observe whether the induction cooker can automatically alarm, usually it will automatically cut off the power in about 2 minutes; ② Empty pot protection: the heating time of the empty pot is slightly longer, The hob should automatically sound an alarm and stop heating. Some induction cookers do not have this function; ③ Improper heating protection: try placing small items such as iron spoons on the stove top and then turn it on. Usually, when the area of the pot is less than 65%, it cannot be heated normally. Some induction cookers do not have this function.
5. Test the adaptability of the pot - during the heating process, repeat the actions of taking the pot and putting the pot on several times to see if the heating recovery time is normal. Usually, the heating will resume after taking the pot and put it back for 1-3 seconds. The recovery time is greater than 5 seconds, indicating that this machine has poor adaptability to pots.
6. Test the stability of power output - a high-quality induction cooker should have the function of automatic adjustment of output power, which can improve power adaptability and load adaptability. When the power of some induction cookers is greatly affected by the power supply voltage, it will affect the service life, bring inconvenience to the user, and affect the cooking quality.
(Reliability and useful life: that is, it will enter the expiration date)
7. Test temperature control
Check whether the induction cooker has a 100 ℃ temperature zone design, use the matching pot to boil water, and see if the water can still maintain the boiling state after the water is set to 100 ℃. Inaccurate temperature design will lead to hidden dangers of burn-in, because many internal protection functions are based on temperature monitoring. In the process of boiling water, you can move the pot to the edge by 1/4 or 1/3, keep it for about 1-2 minutes, it should be able to continue to heat, indicating that the heating function of the induction cooker is normal. When choosing, try to choose as many temperature adjustment blocks as possible. It will be more convenient to use if you can step up by 10 or 20 between 100°C and 270°C.
