Precautions for induction cooker

Power output stability
A high-quality induction cooker should have the function of automatic adjustment of output power, which can improve power adaptability and load adaptability. Some induction cookers do not have this function. When the power supply voltage increases, the output power increases sharply; when the power supply voltage drops, the power decreases significantly, which will bring inconvenience to the user and affect the cooking quality.
Reliability and useful life
The reliability index of induction cooker is generally expressed by MTBF (mean time between failures), the unit is "hour", and the high-quality product should be more than 10,000 hours. The life of the induction cooker mainly depends on the use environment, maintenance and the life of the main components. It is speculated that the induction cooker will enter its expiration date after three or four years of use.
Appearance and Structure
High-quality products generally have a neat and tidy appearance, clear patterns, bright colors, no obvious unevenness in plastic accessories, tight fit of the upper and lower covers, giving people a sense of comfort, reasonable internal structure layout, firm installation, good ventilation, and reliable contact. It is better to choose ceramic glass, if tempered glass is selected, the performance is slightly worse.
Bottom temperature control features
The heat at the bottom of the pot is directly transmitted to the cooker plate (ceramic glass), and the cooker plate is a heat-conducting material, so the thermal element is generally installed at the bottom of the cooker plate to detect the temperature of the bottom of the cooker.
The power cord must meet the requirements
Due to the high power of the induction cooker, when configuring the power cord, the copper core wire that can withstand 15A current should be selected, and the sockets, plugs, switches, etc. used together should also meet this requirement. Otherwise, the high current when the induction cooker is working will cause the wires, sockets, etc. to heat up or burn out. Also, if possible, it is best to install a fuse box at the power cord outlet for safety.

Lay flat
The desktop on which the induction cooker is placed should be flat, especially when eating hot pot on the dining table. If the table top is not flat, and one foot of the induction cooker is suspended, the gravity of the cookware will force the furnace body to deform or even damage it. In addition, if the table top is inclined, when the induction cooker heats the pan, the micro-vibration generated by the pan will easily cause the pan to slip out and be dangerous.
Ensure stomata are unobstructed
The induction cooker at work heats up as the pot heats up. therefore. When placing the induction cooker in the kitchen, it should be ensured that there is no object blocking the inlet and exhaust holes of the furnace body. Do not put objects or liquids that may damage the induction cooker on the side or under the furnace body. It should be reminded that if the built-in fan of the induction cooker is found not rotating during operation, it should be stopped immediately and repaired in time.
Pots should not be too heavy
Induction cookers are different from stoves made of materials such as bricks or iron, and their carrying weight is limited. Generally, the food should not exceed 5 kg even with the pot, and the bottom of the pot should not be too small, so that the induction cooker surface is under pressure. The power should not be too heavy or too concentrated. If it is necessary to heat overweight and oversized pots, a separate support frame should be provided for the pots, and then the induction cooker should be inserted into the bottom of the pot.
How to clean the stove
The induction cooker, like other electrical appliances, should pay attention to waterproof and moisture-proof, and avoid contact with harmful liquids. Do not put the induction cooker into water for cleaning and directly rinse with water, nor use solvent or gasoline to clean the cooktop or furnace body. In addition, do not use hard tools such as metal brushes and emery cloths to wipe the oil stains on the stove surface. The dirt can be wiped off with a soft cloth dampened with water. If it is oily, you can wipe it with a soft cloth dipped in a little low-concentration washing powder water. Do not use cold water to wipe the stove top that is in use or just finished use. In order to avoid oil stains contaminating the stove surface or the stove body, and reduce the cleaning workload of the induction cooker, when using the induction cooker, you can put a piece of paper slightly larger than the stove top, such as waste newspaper, on the stove surface, so as to absorb the jumping and overflowing of the pot. After use, the paper can be thrown away.
